Lovely cafe with great breakfasts - sausage & bacon fantastic. Ham sandwich also excellent. Don't be put off by the industrial building. Lovely views from cafe.

This was a great cafe located in Ashby's near Salcombe. This was a great store and pretty much had anything you could ever need in a shop. From part garden center to part camping, boating shop and everything in-between. Also a butchers and food in the store. The cafe is located towards the back right hand corner and has great views looking down hill across fields and towards Salcombe. There was a good selection of meals to choose from or even just cakes and coffees. I was happy to see a good selection of different gluten free options. We had lunch was was really good. The food was at a good price and the portions were very generous. I had a ham, egg and chips which was lovely and everyone enjoyed their time not only in the cafe but in the store in general. A great place to visit if driving to Salcombe. Either for shopping, food or a quick snack this is a definitely a place to look out for.

A great cafe within Ashby’s. We had paninis and cream teas. All very tasty, served with a smile with a great view as a backdrop. We will definitely eat here again when we return to the area.
